empower our dedicated team members in mastering the art of selling life and health insurance!
This dynamic program provides an engaging platform for team members to connect, learn, and thrive through interactive workshops and peer-to-peer sharing.
Here, they will uncover best practices, ignite their passion for sales, and foster a spirit of friendly competition that drives success.
Team members who successfully write 30 paid life applications will earn an invitation to our spectacular end-of-year Gala—an exclusive overnight event filled with music, dancing, awards, and celebration! Those who achieve 45 applications will enjoy special amenities, while the top team members will be honored with the prestigious Michigan Team Member Hall of Fame award and a high-value gift.

The Michigan Team Member Hall of Fame acknowledges those who embody the spirit of excellence, leadership, and community within the insurance industry.
